I am a lecturer in the School of Accounting, Economics, and Finance at Technological University Dublin, Ireland, and a Research Fellow at The EU-Mediterranean and African Network for Economic Studies, based in Barcelona, Spain.

My work sits at the intersection of Development Economics, International Economics, and Applied Econometrics.

I combine data science, machine learning, and econometric methods to produce evidence that informs interventions for social progress. A central strand of my work focuses on measuring and tracking countries’ performance in Inclusive Green Growth.
